what i collect.
this site collects the minimum data necessary to operate. nothing more.

- data you voluntarily send when you contact me (email, whatsapp, calendar booking)
what i don't.
- no cookies on the marketing site
- no third-party trackers, no facebook pixel, no google ads
- no email list — i don't add you to any newsletter without explicit consent
- no profiling, no automated decisioning, no resale of data
third parties.
when you interact with the site, your data may pass through these services. each one has its own privacy policy and data handling practices, which apply when you use them:
- cal.com — booking and scheduling (when you book a call)
- cloudflare — hosting + privacy-first analytics
- whatsapp / meta — when you click the whatsapp link
- your email provider — when you click the mailto link
why i collect it.
- language preference: to remember your choice between en/es
- analytics: to understand traffic patterns at the page level (no individual tracking)
- contact data: to respond to your message and discuss potential work
retention.
contact data is retained for the duration of our professional relationship plus 5 years for legal record-keeping (peruvian tax law). analytics data is anonymized and aggregated indefinitely. localStorage is on your device — clear it anytime from your browser settings.

this site is operated from lima, peru, by miguel-andré duranteau as an individual professional. peruvian data protection law (ley 29733) applies. for users in the european union, gdpr also applies where relevant.
