miguelandre.com is the public site of miguel-andré duranteau, an independent ai operator and advisor based in lima, peru. it presents publicly available information about my work, case studies, and ways to get in touch.
browsing the site is free. nothing on it constitutes a contract until both parties sign one separately.

when we agree to work together, the relationship is governed by a written engagement agreement. that agreement supersedes anything on this site and typically covers:
- scope, deliverables, timeline
- fees, currency, payment terms (typically usd, 50/50 split, invoiced)
- confidentiality (mutual nda standard)
- intellectual property: deliverables created for you belong to you; my methodology, frameworks and pre-existing materials remain mine
- termination clauses
- governing law (peru, unless otherwise agreed)
without a signed agreement, no work is being performed and no fees are due.

the brand, copy, design system, code, and structure of this site are owned by miguel-andré duranteau. you may share links to public pages. you may not copy the design system, copy the source code, or republish substantial portions of the content without permission.
logos of third-party organizations (techstars, capece, forbes, etc.) belong to their respective owners and appear here only to attribute participation, recognition, or coverage. their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
